Process for ISO Certification in India

Create an application /contract

A contract should be formed between the applicant and the registrar. This contract normally spells out both parties' rights and obligations, as well as concerns like liability, confidentiality, and access.

Quality Documents Review

The ISO auditor will examine all of your quality manuals and papers pertaining to the organization's various policies and processes. Examining previous work will assist the ISO auditor in identifying any potential gaps in the ISO standards' criteria.

Make an Action Plan

After the ISO auditor communicates the existing gaps in your organization, you should prepare an action plan to eliminate these gaps. Prepare a list of the tasks that must be completed in order to achieve the desired improvements in your organisation. It is possible that you may be forced to provide training to your personnel in order for them to function efficiently while adapting to new practises. Make sure that all staff are aware of the ISO requirements for job efficiency and quality.

Initial Certification Audit

The initial certification audit is divided into two categories- Stage 1 and Stage 2.

Stage 1: The ISO auditor will audit the changes made by you in the organization. They'll then strive to find any non-conformities in your systems and procedures that aren't in line with the required quality management system. These non-conformities will be divided into minor and large non-conformities. The applicant must carefully analyse all of these non-conformities and ensure that they are aligned with the intended quality standards by modifying the organization's methodologies and processes

Stage 2: The ISO auditor conducts the final auditing once all of the needed modifications have been implemented in the organisation. According to ISO quality standards, the auditor will evaluate whether all non-conformities have been eradicated. If the ISO auditor is satisfied, the final ISO audit report will be prepared and sent to the registrar.

Completing the ISO Certification

After all non-conformities are addressed and all the findings are put in the ISO audit report, the registrar will grant you the ISO certification.

Surveillance Audits

Surveillance audit is basically conducted to ensure that ISO quality standards are being maintained by the organization. It is conducted from time to time.

• The ISO 14001 standard is utilised by businesses that generate a lot of garbage or recycle a lot of waste.
• If your company is in the manufacturing industry, we propose that you register your company under ISO 45001. Because a lot of heavy gear is utilised, this requirement is in place to ensure health and safety.
We recommend you to contact our specialists right away if you want to learn more about the criteria.

If you want to get ISO certified, you must conduct an audit. This audit would indicate that the system in place is suitable for its intended function and is constantly developing.
